CITRUS & SAMPHIRE SHRUB CORDIAL

Shrub dates back to the 18th Century when it was used to mask the salty taste of smuggled rum that had taken on seawater.

Using fresh citrus fruit and local botanicals, we have set out to make premium quality, small batch runs of traditional Cornish shrub cordial.

Traditionally partnered with dark rum, it’s also pretty good with soda water over ice.

Blended and bottled in West Cornwall.

For a proper Rum & Shrub, in a lowball glass, combine:

• 35ml of your favourite rum
• 25ml of Sevenstones Shrub
• Squeeze of fresh lime juice
• Add ice and stir
• Samphire garnish
